these are pretty heafty intel-based PCs; On the fly analysis is an idea
I've toyed with a bit, but unless we find the Right Thing To Do (tm) it
may not be worth the effort. All current post-processing (except for
encoding of course) is done on the monitors themselves during their idle
time.
